1. Advertised prices are legally considered to be only invitations for you to make an offer. The final price is subject to the seller's approval.
2. The law is very liberal in most circumstances about giving everyone relief from an honest mistake.
I you saw a new 2022 Mercedes advertised by a car dealer for $6,400.00 (instead of $64,000) do you really think a court would make the dealer sell you that car for $640.00?
