Q: Do I have to submit my rent agreement with in my I-129f package, and can I use different mailing and physical address?

Should the rent agreement be included with fiancée visa application?

A: While submitting your application you have to list your actual physical address in the United States.

A: Rental agreement is not one of the required documents to be submitted with form I-129F but if it is a document that supports your in person meeting in the last two years or other required documents then you should submit it. See the I-129F instructions for list of documents: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-129finstr.pdf
