Q: i have a due process clause that i need to file either a motion for dismissal or a summary judgement, ethical violation

xxx is here now before the courts requesting ? with action of a Due Process Clause, concerning a Procedural Due Process Violation. Qui tam action, unconstitutionally denying the liberty of a fair trial as per the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution Of United States of America, an Ethical Violation in relation to the Brady Rule ( Brady vs. Maryland) for violation of Penal codes 1054.1(e), 1054.3(d) and 1054.5(b), with valid grounds for dismissal as per Rule 3.4 (Fairness to Opposing Party and Counsel) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, Penal Code § 141(a) for prosecutorial misconduct.
