Q: I need a lawyer for negligent work done to my vehicle & insurance paid for parts that were never replaced.

Nov ‘21 my car was in an accident that caused the whole engine to be replaced, radiator & battery. Jan ‘22 I received my car back & a week later the serpentine belt came off 2 times in 2 weeks. Nov ‘22 I hit a deer on my way to work. I received my car back in December ‘22 & 7days later the serpentine belt came off. I took my car to Jeep (I have a ‘17 Jeep compass) & they told me my bottom shields were not on my Jeep & that it could be the reason my belt came off, my AC compressor & my battery is bad. Progressive told me the pictures they took in Jan ‘22 they never replaced the shields. For a year now my car has no shields at the bottom or top. My car has been down since 12/23/22. I’ve spent 700+ on rentals, 300+ on rides with people I know & Lyfts/ubers & had to use PTO for days that I didn’t have. I’ve missed rent payments & I am so emotionally exhausted I’ve considered harming myself. I am seeking guidance on what kind of lawyer I would need to seek some type of repayment?
