A: A Colorado attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. I'm sorry for your property damages. At this point, you could try to set up a free initial consult with attorneys who handle property and casualty claims. If nothing else, you could learn the timelines that you'd need to act within to preserve your legal rights. Only a Colorado attorney could advise on statutes of limitations. You mention trying to obtain legal help. In addition to your own searches, there's a tab above (Find-a-Lawyer). Most local and state bar associations also have attorney referral services. That's outside this Q & A forum and would be between you and any law firms you contact. Good luck
