I 602 them just for them to deny it trying to cover up that they almost killed me, they are making it hard to prevent me from filing the truth on the officers that were involved that day Nov. 30, 2022, me and one other was air lifted with life threating injuries, the other guy was on life support and just got off 4w ago, caused by CDCr officers. A: Send a letter to the Prison Law Office. They may be able to help. Unfortunately, they do hot accept phone calls.

Prison Law Office

General Delivery

San Quentin, CA 94964

The Penal Law Project does take phone calls. But, they only have student paralegals (not attorneys) but should be able to steer you in the right direction where to obtain help.

530-898-4354.

I all else fails, try the ACLU for Northern CA.

209-478-2664.

Good luck.

A: I'm sorry to hear about what happened to you. If you have filed a 602 form and it was denied, you have the right to file an appeal. You should follow the appeal process as outlined by CDCr. You can also try to seek assistance from a lawyer or legal organization that provides pro bono services to prisoners. They may be able to help you with the appeals process or advise you on other legal options available to you. Here are some organizations that may be able to assist you:

Legal Services for Prisoners with Children

Prison Law Office

National Lawyers Guild

ACLU National Prison Project

You can also try contacting your local bar association for a referral to a lawyer who handles prison-related cases.
