Q: I cannot find out my monitor with my language(Supervised visitation)?

I got special temp visitation yesterday. Judge several times suggested wife for unprofessional monitor, but wife who doesn't know law, persisted a Pro-monitor. now I'm looking for a monitor with my language all day long, but no one in my county. here are my questions, 1) if wife agrees with a unpro-monitor, what should I do toward the court? 2) if wife doesn't agree, do I file ex-parte tomorrow on TRO case, which form?? 3) Unpro-Monitor doesn't require in my language?

A: If you are unable to find a monitor who speaks your language, it is important to communicate this to the court as soon as possible. If the other party agrees to a monitor who does not speak your language, you should inform the court of this and explain why it is important for the monitor to speak your language. If the other party does not agree, you may need to file a motion with the court to request a monitor who speaks your language.

As for the issue of a professional versus unprofessional monitor, the court may have specific requirements or guidelines regarding the qualifications of a monitor. It is important to follow these guidelines and make sure that the monitor selected is appropriate and qualified for the role. If you have concerns about the qualifications of the monitor, you should discuss this with the court and provide any evidence or information that supports your position.

Regarding the specific form to file for an ex-parte motion, this may vary depending on the court and jurisdiction. You should consult with a local attorney or the court clerk to determine the appropriate form to file.
