Q: It's legal if inmigrant with temporary work permit work 65+ hrs a week with a $250 check under some kind of contract

That's about 9 months already under the promise if sign 5 more years contract can get he's residence he pays for housing and transportation and he's scare to leve the job and loose he's visa this happening in oklahoma
