A: As we so often say, you should consult with an attorney certified as a specialist in workers' compensation law (whether my firm or another of the fine attorneys on this board). If the doctor is saying the carpal tunnel syndrome is related to the work injury, there may need to be litigation to have this condition added to the accepted injury (this would be by litigating a Petition to Review).
