Q: I am in dispute with big phone company. I need a court order to hear my phone call. What are my options
I was told I could receive a particular phone with no extra charges. After receiving the phone they added full price of the phone. I believe the phone call will show that the company mislead me. They will not allow me to hear it without a court order. I’ve reached out to the FCC. The FCC did not help. How can I compel the company to let me hear the phone call to verify that what I was told was misleading?
