Q: Highschool teacher has been hated for generations, but no action has taken place, because he's the ex principal.
Makes inappropriate jokes to kids (girls usually), invades personal space, resorts to physical violence etc. We have some recordings of him but only audio. Pretty sure he's old enough to retire but continues to work because there aren't enough tutors around. Students can testify and so can their parents, since they have gone through worse. not to mention, sometimes he shows up to class, sometimes he doesn't. His way of teaching is just telling us to write exactly what he says for 30 minutes, after which he decides he's had enough and leaves. He makes sexual innuendos to minors and it's pretty gross, because he's self aware people hate him for it. What to do? A talk with the principal won't help, it's been done. Is there a way to take action without taking it to court?
A: Consider contacting a legal professional who can assess your case and determine if your rights were violated. They can guide you on the appropriate steps to take, which may include filing a complaint.
