So my vehicle's been in the private tow company tow yard since March 1st it's release but I don't have the money to pay for it to charge me $8,000 to get it released however I found the paperwork that states it was released on the 15th of March so that is 15 days in and pound instead of 3 months later stating what motions do I file the small claims court just to get the car released from the lien?
