Q: Hello I'm having problems getting my cell phone service swtiched over (unlocking my cell phone number)

Hello

I'm having problems getting my cell phone service switched over (unlocking my cell phone number) and terminating my service. Currently Metro by T-mobile won't unlock my phone number and they won't terminate my service so I'm having to pay for a service that I cannot use and I cannot switch my service over.
