Q: I have a TOY Hauler that was damaged and should have been totalled. The damage was done during towing out of mud.

Yes, you can possibly sue the person who caused the fire for negligence or gross negligence. Gross negligence is somewhat harder to prove but could give rise to punitive damages if you sustained bodily injuries from the fire.

Q: Is having no hot water in the house for 5 days and a two year old in the house with me considered as an emergency?
