Q: When I filed a complaint with the judicial performance in California and acknowledge several things wrong in my file.

So my mother was charged for my fathers death her attorney had a judge who was supposed to be hearing cases hear her case She was charged gross vehicular manslaughter reduced from a felony to an infraction charge They sealed her file and later on purged her file so a judge who is a former law firm partner could have me placed temporary probate conservatorship before I got home from war in Afghanistan on March 5th 2012 I was placed on temporary probate conservatorship on Feb 29th 2012 I wasn't represented by an attorney in court couldnt attend a single hearing and my doctor couldn't help me out at all I was conserved for 14 months my mom tried to raise it to LPS conservatorship but judge denied her request I meet court invest on the 13th month He said I didnt need to be conserved wanted to send to trail but judge dismissed it before it reached that date Filed complaint judicial perf who said they invest everything then they said they took vote & came up w/resolution but nvr fixed it?
