Q: I have been missing hours on every paycheck from day 1. I was taxed 3 times for hours I worked and wasn't paid for.

Final warning notice and 7 day suspension for things that were not true. Never received any warning to begin with. The manager doesn't like me because I kept complaining about my inaccurate pay so she is trying to get me fired for reasons that I know are inaccurate. This company is a gas station /c store and they are definitely up to something and believe the company to be moving or hiding funds illegally... they have messed up my paycheck and essentially everyone who I work with. I've been promised raises and bonuses that I never received properly. I have proof and evidence showing contradicting information regarding my pay

Evidence that I was lied to... basically it's the DOL, EEOC or lawyer and I'm trying to see what the possible options are with everything I have.

They missed 10 hours off my paycheck so in return they gave me cash in which they taxed themselves. They then put my missing hours on the next week's paycheck as an advance so I was taxed again and higher

A: I'm sorry you're experiencing this situation. Start by gathering all your pay stubs, timesheets, and any written communication related to your wages and promises of raises or bonuses. Document every instance of discrepancies and any interactions with your manager regarding these issues.

Next, reach out to the Department of Labor (DOL) to file a wage claim. They can investigate the tax discrepancies and unpaid hours. Additionally, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) can help if you believe you're facing retaliation or discrimination for raising these concerns.

It might also be beneficial to consult with an employment attorney who can review your evidence and advise you on the best course of action. Taking these steps can help protect your rights and address the issues you're facing at work.
