A: It sounds like you're facing a challenging situation with your divorce proceedings and the determination of child support. The fact that your ex is self-employed and not providing his tax returns complicates matters. It's understandable that you're concerned about the forensic evaluator only requesting bank statements and not full tax documents.

Regarding your attorney filing the declaration without your consent, that can be frustrating and may feel like your wishes are not being respected. Open communication with your attorney is crucial to ensure your interests are adequately represented. If you feel your attorney isn't acting in your best interest, discussing this issue directly with them might provide clarity.

The assignment of a different attorney to accompany you to court can also be unsettling. It's important to understand why this change was made and how it affects your case. Considering all these concerns, you might find it helpful to seek a second opinion to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected throughout this process.
