Q: If a tenant tries to kick out a house guest, even with the disagreement of all other tenants, can they?
A house guest has been living in this home with three tenants, paying monthly rent for a room to them the entire time. The landlord does not know. One tenant wants to kick out the house guest for personal reasons- not due to financial or safety reasons. The other tenants say no. Does the first tenant have the legal right to kick the house guest out or take them to court if the guest refuses, with the other tenants approval?
