They gave it away as abandoned they lied we did not find out until Sept 17 2024 I was fined. I paid I needed my drivers license. I now want to sue to get my money back and have the abandoned car charge removed. Did they break a law? They said they needed 2 signatures they did not it was my name or my husbands. Both legal and notarized.
