Portland, OR asked in Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Insurance Bad Faith for California

Q: Fired CA atty settled $100K higher pro-se in OR. interpleader bd faith, took way too much out. Any actions I can take?

Underlying case was an Oregon shooting. I fired my CA atty once I learned he didn't know Oregon laws which harmed me at mediation, he wasn't prepared. He then damaged my repuation with new attorney in OR with severe defamation. It worked. Guy quit. 22 months later i settled pro se. Interpleader took way more than is reasonable out (CA atty can at most get quantam merit). If he got me $77 in a global resolition (me and co-plntf) I got $87 on my own. It's clear in CA holdings he can't assert a $32 lien! I'm pro se in trial and flailing. I didn't answer RFA's as the judge dimissed my "untimely" mot'n to quash BUT I have only *only* been served with REDACTED copies of THE fee in a fee dispute. I now have sanctions for being untimeley. Shold I ask for a new judge? B/c of this confusion I let RFA's get admitted that i owe him $32 (trying to get a set aside) but losing my mind. Intrplr set aside too much. Atty is trying to bury me alive. Judge seems biased. NEED HELP
