Q: bank refused my attempt to pay on lown and I returned the collateral on loan now I'm being sued. how do I handle this?
I had a car loan and made many payments on this before bank changed its policy and thin refused two of my payments due to me not being present at payment. I had my assistant make payment using account number and access code as I was out of town. bank notifify me two months later stating my loan was behind in payments yet I have deposit recites and bank says if its not me at bank thin payment doesn't count.
