San Antonio, TX asked in Banking, Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Federal Crimes for Texas

Q: My bank's manager, against their own ability and policy, refuses to allow SWIFT transfers to Palestine.

My bank's manager, against their own ability and policy, refuses to allow SWIFT transfers to Palestine. She stated how she doesn't have to allow any transfer if she "doesn't feel like it." She stated how she doesn't approve of the situation over there, and doesn't have to agree to let me send any funds if she doesn't wish to. The only reason a manager has the legal right to disallow such a transfer is if they suspect fraud. When I explained that I can prove that I even genuinely know them, and even offered to provide proof of their identification information, she assured me that it wasn't due to her not believing such, she simply doesn't trust anyone receiving funds over there. Not fraud, hate. Personal political agenda, with how I spend my money, should NEVER be a question for such a transaction. I wish to know of any advice on how to find a credible firm capable of representing me against this institution. Thank you.
