You should contact an experienced Kentucky employment attorney immediately. Kentucky law states that any employee who leaves or is discharged from his employment shall be paid in full all wages or salary earned by him no later than the next normal pay period following the date of dismissal or fourteen days following such date of dismissal whichever occurs last. See KRS 337.055.
Please also be advised that a statute of limitations may exist in cases of this nature.
