Q: Can I get help with a vehicle question?
I hit a deer w my new car, it's paid in full, I have comprehensive insurance and paid my deductible. Car has been repaired. There is still a motor problem that was not there until i hit the deer. Repair shop said it's a warranty issue, insurance says so too. How do I make sure someone, other than me, pays for this issue to be fixed? If I tell the dealership that I hit a deer they will likely say it's my repairman or insurance responsibility. How can I get the right help if I am honest? No one is going to take the blame for this!
