Raleigh, NC asked in Family Law and Child Custody for North Carolina

Q: How do I quickly escape an abusive household to go live with my dad who is not on my birth certificate?

im 16 and in north carolina, i'm going through an abusive situation with my mother and would like to go live with my dad as quickly as possible. I have been through numerous cps cases with my mom (maybe 4) since I was 10 years old until now. I have evidence of the most recent cps case where she admitted to the crime she did but tried to convince us to lie to the cps worker on audio recording (which she deleted but I backed up and still had access to) However, my dad is not on my birth certificate as I was born in Texas and he was not able to be present to sign it. We went through another situation within the past 2 weeks and she has put restrictions on my contacts across my major devices to contact people including my father. Currently, he is trying to go through the court to get me but are there any other ways he can get me quickly as its only getting worse. She is barely providing food, mental, emotional, and physical abuse. She is also blackmailing me with explicit content.
