Q: Pr was ordered by judge to get house ready for sale and any offer.. must be ran by trustee for approval by 9-25-24..
Pr refused to do anything ..on 10-15-24 I saw she put the hm in her mom's name Karen Walsh she's Stepmom.. ..me or court has not been notified at all..I'm also being fined 7500 from city of PHX for not keeping yard up..I can't the PR asked the judge to not allow me to go on property till she's done she didn't want to run into me ..the judge granted that ..I put in motions to give me access to clean and to remove pr and karen is 2 to 3 yrs behind on taxes she was ordered to keep up to date by a few judges we had ask Jude to enforce the taxes ..judge denied all 3 motions PR requested a hearing she was denied ..we just got another ticket for city ordinance violation...my Grannie built this home my stepmom said in court one time my dad told her 3 days before he died she had no legal right to the house it's mikes turn. 2611 n 23rd Ave phx AZ 85009 ..Pb2022070811 apn 11043109 deed 990611694 PR deed20240548110 PR never notified me she was becoming PR to dispute it ...
