Q: Can I legally buy a house with mom as joint tenant if I put 50% in there as her DPOA?

Dad passed away and I inherited mom who has Alzheimer’s. The oldest sister can’t help because she’s in California. 2 brothers wanted nothing to do with mom but already wanted their shares. Dad did not leave any will or trust. In the process of selling mom’s house right now so I can use the funds to take care of mom. My house is not equipped for her and we are looking for another house with certain setting for her. I’m willing to put in 50% for the house, can I legally buy the house using her money and my money together and put in the deed as joint tenants?
