Q: Am I able to prevent someone from deregistering as a sex offender?
My daughter was molested by a man in San Antonio, TX named Charlie Sanchez. We have recently learned that he is telling people that he was falsely accused and that he is applying for deregisteration. I have the interview documents where his brothers tell the interviewing party what they have caught him doing with his 2 year old sister, as well as my daughter, and a further document with his own admittance to touching both my daughter and his sister. I also have documentation from Texas Health and Family stating they found him to be guilty as well as his grandmother for being in charge of my daughter at the time. He has posted on his Instagram and TikTok a video of him with a girl in his bed and I believe she has been misled/lied to. We are desperate.
