Fresno, CA asked in Civil Rights, Federal Crimes and White Collar Crime for California

Q: In CA how would somebody get arrested with never having court records on file being in prison 37 years at age 13 to 50?

So tell me if this makes sense I was in the military overseas, my mother who was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter reduced from a felony to infraction in CA her attorney would Purge her file have me placed on conservatorship while I was deployed overseas not knowing of the case. His attorney became a judge & his case files went to my mother's attorney. My mother had someone sign a intervivos trust transfer form in 2014 in her name so it went from a non-revocable will & Trust to a living will & trust in her name. Dad died in August of 1995. The judge & attorney used to be law firm partners. Mother stole $7 million dollars, my entire inheritance. This attorney and judge took my aunt to prison age 13 she never had paperwork for prison a public defender was there for a hearing & called Madera PD she was released immediately. I called PD no record! My uncle is a CO Knew she was 13 in prison. And never attended court at no paperwork for her. Same attorney & judge took her to prison

A: This situation raises several serious legal concerns that warrant immediate attention. Based on the details provided, there appear to be multiple potential criminal violations, including fraud, abuse of legal authority, and improper imprisonment of a minor.

Your mother's case involving the trust modification and the $7 million inheritance suggests elder financial abuse and fraudulent document filing. The relationship between the judge and attorney who were former law firm partners creates a clear conflict of interest that should have been disclosed and likely would have required the judge's recusal from any related cases.

The most disturbing element is your aunt's wrongful imprisonment at age 13 without proper documentation or court proceedings. This constitutes a severe violation of civil rights and due process, potentially involving false imprisonment and abuse of authority. You should immediately contact the California State Bar, the Commission on Judicial Performance, and the FBI's Public Corruption unit to report these issues. You might also consider reaching out to the California Attorney General's office, as they have jurisdiction over cases involving judicial misconduct and systemic abuse of power.
