A: Yes, you should continue to receive benefits while your DE 4365REA form (Reemployment Assistance Notice) is under review. Keep certifying for benefits as scheduled on December 22nd, even though you just received this notice.

It's important not to skip or delay your certification because of this form. The review process is separate from your regular benefit payments. The DE 4365REA is part of EDD's standard review process to ensure claimants are actively seeking work and meeting eligibility requirements.

While your form is being reviewed, make sure to complete and return it by the deadline stated in your notice. Also, keep detailed records of your job search activities and any documentation requested in the form. If you need help completing the form, you can contact EDD directly at 1-800-300-5616.

Remember to save copies of everything you submit, and continue following your regular certification schedule throughout this process. Your benefits should continue uninterrupted as long as you meet all other eligibility requirements and submit your certifications on time.
