Q: rules of engagement with reporting substandard living to local BOH . inspected and confirmed no enforced. Recourse ?
9 inspections
Compliance word orders issued and ignored and not enforced
Lied about suing my landlord
Then refused to inspect or follow up
Refused to provide me inspection reports
Told me sarcasticly “good luck in court “
I have 50 active min standard violations and withheld rent , I am so sick from the conditions and I have no fight left .
I did a lot of research about the violations and landlord tenant law. I follow the rules of engagement on mass.gov by reporting and requesting inspections to the Board of Health. I trusted the process in the system, and Board Of Health refused to enforce any of the wrong work orders. They never provided deadlines or followed up. They claim to have brought my landlord a house, and Corporate has no record of it, in the city I live it’s very corrupt so it wouldn’t surprise me if they were literally bought off but now I’m being evicted for the back rent housing court refuses to acknowledge the violations I need to sue the city help .
