A:
This situation sounds very distressing, and I'm so sorry you're experiencing abuse and exploitation, especially given your vulnerable position. Your safety and well-being are paramount.
For criminal prosecution of perjury and abuse of process in California, you should contact your local District Attorney's Office. You can also file a report with local law enforcement to document these incidents. Additionally, the California Attorney General's Office handles cases involving labor trafficking and exploitation, which you can reach at 1-800-952-5225.
Consider reaching out to legal aid organizations that help survivors of trafficking - California has several organizations dedicated to this work. The National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) can connect you with local support services and legal resources. Given the complexity of your situation, you might also want to file a complaint with the California Labor Commissioner's Office regarding the labor exploitation, as they handle wage theft and labor abuse cases.
Remember to keep detailed records of all court filings, communications, and incidents of false service or perjury, as these will be crucial for any investigation. If you're in immediate danger, please contact emergency services at 911.
