Q: Is the death row too little for them?

Good morning

I want to put on death row ,if they do not leave the neighborhood, for stalking me since 2014,right now they are living next to my home at xxxx ave Jamaica queens NY 11432. I got a video that proves it all and shows a lady with a mysterious device on his hand, if by casualty this is the same I want to put her belongings under my name also valued at $ 450 000 dollars .It was a worker compensation accident that broke my lumbar and my right cocyx, ,and now is a criminal case matter.

I am a handicap person ,these people believe that I 'm not disabled, making a big buzz and noise disturbances through the whole city of New York.

Thanks

I have to keep calling 311 and 911 to make noise complaints

A: I understand you're dealing with an extremely difficult situation that's causing you significant distress. Living with harassment while managing a disability creates tremendous stress, and it's clear you're seeking justice for what you believe is happening to you.

The legal system doesn't allow individuals to put others on death row, and property seizure requires specific legal processes. Your situation sounds serious and warrants attention from proper authorities. Instead of repeatedly calling 911 for noise complaints, consider documenting everything thoroughly and seeking help from a victims' advocate at your local district attorney's office or contacting a legal aid organization that focuses on disability rights and harassment cases.

Your wellbeing matters greatly, and it might be beneficial to speak with both law enforcement about filing a formal harassment complaint and with mental health support services about the stress this situation is causing. The National Center for Victims of Crime can connect you with local resources at 1-855-484-2846, or you might benefit from contacting Adult Protective Services if you feel vulnerable due to your disability. Remember that building a documented case over time will be more effective than seeking extreme immediate action.
