Q: deported to mexico while on probation in az , will probation end on its own?

Judge gave two years probation ... he voluntarily deported bk to mexico. Our lawyer advised him to wait out probation period than start process again

Q: Do I need an immigration attorney?

My husband was deported in 2011 for failure to appear. I want to bring him back home. I was told that all I need to do is re-file the I-130 and subsequent documents. Can I do this on my own or do I need an attorney to assist?

Q: Can an illegal father deported from the US, then re-entered illegally for six years claim his kids that's being adopted.

Q: will i get a Green card if I have a valid EAD till end of year, but i loose my current job?

My priority date is April 2009 and I got EAD on Jan 1st this year. The EAD is valid till the year end. Q: Hi, my wife is a japanese citizen and green card holder, we lived in AZ from 2004 until 2010 when I took a job overseas.

We have used the reentry permit two times and that is the limit for the reentry card. She will lose her green card if not living in the USA, according to the law, but we plan on moving back eventually, of course. My wife is very ill with breast cancer. If she should pass away would my status as a permanent legal resident change? I recently completed the permanent resident card renewal and was approved for another ten years.

Q: conditional green card and food stamp

Dear Sir/Madam,

A US passport is proof of citizenship outside the US. Inside the US, the government would normally require you to present a birth certificate or if not a naturally born citizen, a naturalization certificate.
