Q: If I marry my boyfriend and if he ever gets deported can I claim him to stay here ? I am a US citizen and he is illegal.

We have been In a relationship for the past four years we both already live together. He is also a dream act person can that be a problem ? In the future can he fix his parents illegal status?

Your boyfriend has to take positive action here, like actually going to see an immigration attorney.

Q: Does I-864 Form become invalid once a the individual being sponsored becomes a citizen of the United States?

Does it also prevent the individual being sponsored from receiving Student Loans or Grants from the Federal Government?

My two children,are Legal Permanent Residents,they are under 18 years old,and they are living with me (and their father,my husband) in the U.S. ,Can they apply for citizenship under the Child Act of 2000? can the apply for a U.S. Passport or do they have to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship?

If you have proof that he was born in the US you might have a chance. And if you are a US citizen you can petition for your son if you have proof that he is your son. All the best.

Q: My dad was deported 15 Yrs ago after serving a 3 yrs in jail for drug possession. I am seeking re-entry, what do I do?

Father has several charges on his record. He was deported and is likely inadmissible. We have no money to pay for a lawyer, so I want to know what my best options are. What are my steps? How can I do this without that many cost.

Q: How can we keep my daughters boyfriend here? They are having a baby. Both only 17. His parents are not legal. We are.

My daughter is 17, will be 18 Oct. US Citizen,

Her boyfriend is 17, 18 in November Mexico Citizen only by birth. He has been in the US since he was 1 yr old.

His parents are here still on expired visas.

I see you posted this under Immigration. I don't do immigration work but am very familiar with injury cases. If you were injured and the accident was not your fault, talk to a personal injury lawyer. Most injury law firms, including mine, offer free consultations.
