Worker's comp insurance pays while you are injured on the job and cannot work.

Do you have an answer to this question yet? No, they cannot make you "change" doctors, but they can make you go see one that they choose for an evaluation.

Q: Workers comp will only approve to have one hernia fixed, their doctor said I have three hernias, what can I do?

Scheduled for surgery next Monday, does not make sense to me to cut me open to fix one hernia and to ignore the other two, what can I do to get the other surgery approved? Who should I contact about this? Thanks

What is the actual question here? You asked it over two years ago, so I doubt an answer would help at this stage. The insurance company will have to make good on its contracts.

Q: I have sustained an injury and can’t work. Have applied for short term disability at work during the enrollment.

Human recourses never submitted my application. after my injury I have contacted hr dept. and was told that I needed another form filled out and that they were not going to cover me. The form that hr told me was missing was for life insurance.
