Q: I need to find out if there is a guardianship over me.

I believe there may be a guardianship over me in place without my explicit knowledge or documentation usually furnished to the ward. Is there a way I can access info, if any, about my identity, namesake, likeness, and estate, if there is in fact a guardianship in place?

The district court has had the settlement since February 11th 2024 and we still have not received any information or our funds

Q: What can I do about noise living in a senior complex in Georgia?

My upstairs neighbor make noise all day and all night and the manager says there is nothing they can do about it. I can tolerate day time but my problem is that this person seems to do most of her thumping around after midnight.

Q: I took a left turn at 10 pm on a poorly lit road. I was hit by a driver without headlights on. Am I at fault?

We have witnesses and the police reports indicates the other driver is at fault. State farm is suggesting the liability is mine since it was a left turn, even though it was 10 pm. I am fighting for liability and have some injuries I would like settled.

Almost certainly a violation of the law/your employment agreement, etc. Ask for guidance from HR for CYA. At least then if something happens you have coverage.

It would be an odd case, but the facts would control. If there was no agreement then it would appear their hiring was a gift and it would be very difficult for them to recover. If there was some sort of agreement, the court would evaluate that agreement.

eviction notice served now guest refused to pay any things and said will go to the court. does this applies to daily paying guest? any law prohibits police to kick the guest?

Likely yes. Especially since they were compensating you for the space. Even without a formal lease they now have a legal interest in the residence that needs to be addressed prior to eviction.
