Q: A roof contractor did a insurance job & want me to sign a contact to pay 4k by 27th Dec or pay 30% interest. Sign?

30% interest a month on the remaining balance seems like rip off. I plan on paying everything I can, but I might not be able to meet that deadline. Is that legal? I know it is if I sign it.

Q: How do I go about getting ownership of property if supposed owner up and leaves property 5 months ago?

Q: Can I retrieve funds owed to me from a now defunct refinance company/LLC in Georgia? I refinanced with them in 2008.

The name of the refinance company was Foundation Financial Group, LLC in Georgia. Another company today is using that name, an insurance and liability company.
