It is a wonderful that you love your step children enough to want to adopt them. Doing so, gives them benefits that they would not otherwise have.

Q: Where can i find a form to petition for termination of parental rights for step parent adoption?

My ex is incarcerated and owes over 20,000 in back child support, has drug and alcohol problem, my husband wants to adopt the children

Check with the clerk of the court in the county where the child resides. If they do not have all of the papers you will need, you will have to hire a lawyer.
