What is the age of consent in your state? It appears to be 16. But that does not mean that your boyfriend cannot be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You have to do as your parents say until you are an adult.

Was there a conviction? You did not say. If there was not a conviction, the chances are that the gun rights were never lost. If there was a conviction, then you need to look up the law or do a simple internet search to learn more information about this.

Confusing question, how can a drug case don't show up for trial?
If they don't have the money to repay does the business insurance have to pay the money? Like for a beauty shop? The owner has given it over before a divorce. Then found out when he saw the bank statements that showed cash payments were not on deposit slips!

WIthout a doubt. A conviction of a domestic battery will cause a person to lose his/her right to possess a firearm. A crime of domestic violence will cause a person to lose his/her right to possess a firearm under federal law.
