Q: I have a clean record yet im being denied energy because of someone who lives with me that has an old overdue billlegal?

Even if he leaves i will have to prove he lives somewhere else which will leave me powerless for an extended time. Can i just be denied service on a hunch like this?

Q: Can an operator of an oil and gas lease file for partition to exclude one working interest owner (forcing him to sell)

Normally an action for partition can only be filed by an owner of an interest in real property. You should consult with an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction to determine whether the lease creates an interest in land for the operator.
