Q: I ordered a tablet from an app called tophatter. It didnt work and inside I found tiny bugs. Could this be a lawsuit

They gave me a refund and told me to keep tablet

A judge could ask what your damages were. If the tablet didn't work and your money was refunded, a judge could hold that you were compensated for your damages. You could check if another attorney sees things differently. Good luck

Q: Am I responsible for water draining downhill from my bkyard to his bkyard when I water my lawn? More below:

Use less water and don't apply until the point that water starts draining onto your neighbor's yard. Tell your neighbor you'll take measures to prevent water draining into his yard. Tell him you'll work with him and ask him to let you know if you reach the point of water running... View More
