Q: What lawyer is needed for false accusations of sexual abuse from a staff member to a resident at a nursing home?

A Missouri attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for four weeks. You could start by looking into defamation attorneys if your reputation has been damaged. If this adversely affected your employment, you could also look into employment attorneys. Good luck

Wait, what? There is a viable claim against the nursing home for negligence here. You will not find a case that is going to say that is it is not negligence to follow those orders because she did not have time. There may be facts to defend the claim but they are not present in the facts you have... View More
