Q: Can a HOA in Tennessee require identification of voter, like an address on the ballot for new members of the board?

Our HOA management and board sent out our ballots for upcoming board election and at the bottom is an area for signature and address. Is this legal on the ballot? Previously we have been handed a ballot when we signed in for the meeting.

Q: Where is the statute that majority party candidates are listed first on TN’s general election?

I was told by TN Secretary of State office that majority party candidates are listed first on general election ballots. I cannot find the legal justification for this. Can you direct me to it? Thank you
