I have never seen any government be helpful to citizens trying to limit taxes--because they all want more taxes, not less. Keep trying.

If they didn't withhold any of your wages, the IRS didn't get any money, so you will not get credit for what they should have withheld. Whether or not you gave them a W4 (by which they didn't withhold taxes) is immaterial. You will have to pay tax on the entire amount of your wages... Read more »
I had a 5 year lease on property to run an RV Park/Campground. I was charged my lease amount plus sales tax on that amount. I also had to pay the property tax on the property that I didn't own for the 5 years. Is this legal to charge both?

Whether property rental payments are subject to sales tax depends on the terms of the sales tax ordinance. They weren't when I litigated borough sales tax issues a number of years ago. Which municipality is this?
