Q: In wv, what happens if you win an appeal twice in the same case? Will the supreme court remand the case a second time?

This is an abuse and neglect case. My rights were terminated, on appeal, the wv supreme court vacated the termination and remanded the case. The trial court and the prosecutor are bound by the appellate court's opinion and order. If the trial court acts in a way that shows non-compliance with that order, the trial court risks censure.

Q: Can I appeal the courts decision to terminate my parental rights

First, I am not a WVA lawyer. That being said, I would think you could appeal that decision, unless you have agreed in the termination case to waive your appeal rights.

Q: My grandpa died and almost a year later his will was changed.

The will stated that if my dad dies everything goes to my step mom but my dad died before my grandpa so that doesnt make any sense and I was told by granpda when he passed the house was to be sold and split between grandkids but we are not mentioned at all in this will

You think that you can get an opinion without giving enough facts for an attorney to form one? There was probably a default, and you probably cannot appeal.
