Q: Can I get a dui while asleep in my vehicle, in my drive way at my house

The keys were in the ignition but the vehicle was off, the radio was playing. The officer stated that "an off duty officer followed me home and called dispatch".

DUI in AZ last Nov. The prosecutor retrieved her NH arrest records that showed her blood alcohol level high etc. Can that purportedly sealed, expunged record still be legally held against her & make the AZ charge a second offense?

Q: I got a DUI in Kansas six years ago (2009) that requires interlock. Never got it put on. Can I get a license in Arizona?

Kansas DMV says license restricted with interlock required for one year. I live in AZ now. Can I walk into a DMV and get a license? Does AZ have Jurisdiction? What if I got caught driving in AZ without interlock. Would there be a penalty and would AZ have jurisdiction?
