Q: my father got his i 212 aproved and uscis said they forward his info to cd juarez consulate. we dont know whats next.

he allready have an app about a year ago and is when the office ask for this waiver

Q: I am a U.S.Citizen by birth abroad to a U.S. Citizen mother,can my two sons apply for citizenship?they are LPR and under

My two children,are Legal Permanent Residents,they are under 18 years old,and they are living with me (and their father,my husband) in the U.S. ,Can they apply for citizenship under the Child Act of 2000? can the apply for a U.S. Passport or do they have to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship?

Citizenship is not that simple, she will have to get a green card first and then naturalize. You mentioned she obtained a green card already thourgh her previous marriage. If you have proof that he was born in the US you might have a chance. And if you are a US citizen you can petition for your son if you have proof that he is your son. All the best.

Q: My dad was deported 15 Yrs ago after serving a 3 yrs in jail for drug possession. I am seeking re-entry, what do I do?

Her boyfriend is 17, 18 in November Mexico Citizen only by birth. He has been in the US since he was 1 yr old.

His parents are here still on expired visas.

I see you posted this under Immigration. I don't do immigration work but am very familiar with injury cases. If you were injured and the accident was not your fault, talk to a personal injury lawyer. Most injury law firms, including mine, offer free consultations.
