Q: Hi, my wife is a japanese citizen and green card holder, we lived in AZ from 2004 until 2010 when I took a job overseas.

We have used the reentry permit two times and that is the limit for the reentry card. She will lose her green card if not living in the USA, according to the law, but we plan on moving back eventually, of course. Q: will i get a Green card if I have a valid EAD till end of year, but i loose my current job?

My priority date is April 2009 and I got EAD on Jan 1st this year. The EAD is valid till the year end. Q: deported to mexico while on probation in az , will probation end on its own?

Judge gave two years probation ... he voluntarily deported bk to mexico. Our lawyer advised him to wait out probation period than start process again

You have had the green card for 20 years? You should have applied for citizenship after 5 years and sponsored your son. It actually is different for different countries, if you are from mexico you might be able to apply 7 months in advance for philippines its 2 years so it is different. Talk to an attorney in private to find out more. All the best.

Q: Does I-864 Form become invalid once a the individual being sponsored becomes a citizen of the United States?

Does it also prevent the individual being sponsored from receiving Student Loans or Grants from the Federal Government?
