If he was on a lane you'd use to exit the lot he had the right of way and 500 for a full release may not be a bad deal.

Not sure what you mean. If you mean will you be sued, looks like you might. If you don't have insurance worth at least getting a consult on the ticket from an attorney who handles tickets in the county where your ticket hearing would be.
If I go to trail 5 times for the same case and the ticketing officer never shows up aren't they suppose to drop the case
