Q: Life Ins. Beneficiary change in NC before divorce is granted

Spouse has life ins. Policy on himself through work (example: Railroad) Can he change the beneficiary before a divorce is granted?

Well, he could do that, but you need an attorney on your side to make sure that the life insurance secures the future payment of the support.

Q: My car was damaged in the cicle k drive through car wash clearly on tape my car was not damaged before entering the car

Wash the claim dept said its not a claim

Then sue them after getting the car fixed.

I think this must be a collections question, not insurance defense. I hope you won. Sometimes the exemptions issues are very clear, sometimes not.
